Investigation and Analysis of Building Failures:

Weir/Andrewson Associates has extensive experience investigating design and construction deficiencies in buildings and other unusual types of structures. Our services range from informal assessments to thorough destructive investigations and preparation of exhaustive reports. 

Services include evaluation of structural integrity, safety and performance of the building systems, conformance of the building systems with original construction documents and specifications, applicable building codes, and industry standards. With Document Review and Forensic services we are able to locate and identify construction deficiencies, analyze the impact of defects on the performance or safety of the structure, recommend solutions, prepare estimates of the cost of repair and identify responsible parties. Our comprehensive reports focus on resolution of the reported defects.
