Weir/Andrewson Associates performed an investigation, identifying water damage, the condition of the building envelopes, structural evaluation, and recommendations for repairs.  W/A also provided architectural consulting services including estimating the extent of required work to be performed, which was used as the basis for the repair scope for contract documents.  In addition, W/A provided design services for the new building envelope design, structural repairs and window flashing and installation details.
