Erick Moreau | AIA | G.C. | LEED AP 

Principal and C.E.O. 

Erick has over 35 years of experience in design, building technology, and construction. His project experience ranges from residential to commercial to industrial uses; from wood frame to concrete block to poured-in-place concrete construction. Erick focuses on technical architecture, peer review, field investigations, and documentation analysis and evaluation of existing buildings. With his strong technical expertise, Erick oversees the preparation of thorough construction documents for new buildings, remedial repairs and improvements, restoration, or rehabilitation of existing buildings. Many of his projects have been in collaboration with multifamily, affordable and senior housing organizations. 

Colin Russell | Architect 

Associate

Colin has over 30 years of project managing experience including many major buildings of commercial, industrial, retail, and institutional scope. He has directed the design effort and completed over 2.5 million square feet of Interior Design work, and completed a long list of custom single- and multi-family residential projects. Colin feels creativity isn’t about self-expression or ego. The creativity comes in finding a solution that works technically, economically, and aesthetically–one that is an elegant, comprehensive response to a complex set of client preferences and circumstances.

Paul Weir | Architect | Civil Engineer 

Associate

Paul is a Registered Architect and Civil Engineer with over 40 years experience in both fields. He is recognized for his expertise in restoration and rehabilitation of existing buildings, including investigation, documentation, analysis and evaluation of structural and seismic efficiencies and building envelope performance. He also has considerable knowledge and experience in Project Management and Construction Administration. 

Akiko Yoshikawa 

Sr. Project Manager 

Akiko has over 15 years experience in design, production, coordination and administration of a variety of project types. Prior to joining our team she successfully operated her own design practice for over 6 years, including projects that were published in “Renovation Style”. Akiko’s focus has been on residential projects and her experience includes renovation, interiors and ground up projects for multi-family housing and single family custom homes. Her strengths include an understanding of budget constraints that are integrated in a thoughtful design process, team management and coordination from schematic design through construction administration. 

Albert DeLima | AIA 

Sr. Project Manager 

Albert has over 22 years of diverse experience, including a wide variety of projects across the country in very environmentally demanding and sensitive locations. He has been the project architect for many successful commercial projects in both the public and private sector for both new construction and renovation; examples include city halls, police facilities, warehouse retail buildings, and restaurants. Over the past 30 years he has been the lead design professional for many prominent new waterfront community residences on both coasts of the United States. Albert oversees the design, construction document preparation and approval processes required for both renovation and new construction. He holds a Masters of Architecture degree with a minor in building technology, and is presently licensed in California and New Jersey.

Elizabeth Putnam | AIA 

Elizabeth Putnam | AIA 

Elizabeth has over 15 years of experience working in design, production, field review, and contract administration on a wide variety of project types, including offices, restaurants, single family residential, light industrial, universities, and K-12. Her roofing and waterproofing field review experience has strengthened her technical understanding of building envelopes, and taught her effective ways to work with contractors to ensure that clients get the project that they intended. She currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of American Canyon. 

Dennis Reilly | Architect | Structural Engineer 

Associate

Dennis is a Registered Architect and Structural Engineer with over 35 years of experience in both fields. He has designed a wide variety of projects ranging from hospitals, schools, historic preservation, major infrastructure, hotels and shopping centers, to all forms of housing. Dennis’s wide range of architectural & structural engineering expertise has resulted in numerous award winning designs, and the innovation of new architectural & engineering design & construction methods in sustainable design that expand the architectural design opportunities while reducing construction costs. His innovative work in the sustainable design of post-tensioned structures has been recognized by the Post-tensioning Institute.

William Yee 

William has just over 8 years of experience in design, production and construction administration. His focus has been on ground up projects for affordable multi-family residential, senior housing and commercial projects. William’s strengths include a strong technical background in construction, the coordination and production of construction documents, and working with various engineers to maintain the projects architectural vision. 

Melissa Reilly 

Project Assistant

With a background in Interior Design and space planning, Melissa has been a great addition to our design teams. She has been involved in several multi-family housing rehabilitation projects, single family residential additions, as well as seismic retrofit projects. Melissa’s contributions have spanned schematic design, design development, as-built documentation, construction drawings, construction administration and fixture and finish specifications.
